Seeking 3/4 Month Subletter for Streatham Room

Large double room in beautiful house.

I'm going travelling for 2 months and looking for someone to sublet the beautiful space for at least 3 months.
Our beautiful home is in a quiet residential road in Streatham Hill, between Streatham Hill Station and Tulse Hill Station.

Monthly rent is £710, plus bills, which come to roughly £110-£130 including internet, council tax, gas, electric and water.

The bedroom is on the ground floor, 12ft by 10ft which is mostly furnished, though happy to discuss. Includes a bed.

The house has 2 bathrooms (one next to the bedroom), a large open-plan room when you enter the house (great for bike storage!), that connects to the dining area, a huge living room and a double backdoor to the garden. Huge garden with various seating, BBQ, small brick fire pit and lots of greenery.

An added bonus is living with Suri, an adorable, very low maintenance, rescue dog who's quiet, cute and well-behaved.

All the housemates are lovely, respectful and often eat meals together. The house is mostly vegan with all communal meals being made vegan. Vegetarian or Vegan preferred, but we can be flexible about this. Can also be flexible on move in date, if slightly earlier, though end of Jan would be ideal.
