Spacious double bedroom in Streatham

My spacious and quiet double bedroom will become available on February 17th. I am moving out after 2.5 years, leaving London. My housemates are calm and tidy professionals. We are treating this house as a home, somewhere nice to come back to. The house is located in a beautiful, residential area, a few minutes from the Rookery Garden.

Its amenities include double-glazed windows, a nice garden with apple trees, off-road parking, a shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for the 4 of us.

For public transport, there is Norbury train station 10, Streatham station 15, and bus stops to Brixton/Croydon about 5 minutes walking.

There is a Lidl, a big Sainsbury, and a Tesco in walking distance.

The room is west-facing, and it's the largest room in the house.
