Looking for a second female to fill a room within a lovely two-bedroom property in Streatham. Me and my flatmate Adele currently rent the property and I will be moving out to live with my boyfriend in early September, so we are looking for another female to fill a room. No couples please.

The flat sits on the first floor of a converted house has a large living room/dining area, a few pretty period features, and a good sized kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The flat has 1.5 bathrooms - basically Adele's room has a shower and sink room whilst the big main bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. So only use of the toilet would be shared, otherwise this tenant would have primary use of the big main bathroom.

The bedroom is a really good size with two large windows, huge in-built wardrobes, a double bed, a chest of drawers available if wanted and two bedside tables. There is also enough space for a desk for anybody who needs work from home space.

Location is SW16 6BP which is 10min walk to Streatham Common train station / Streatham high street mainlines which go to good central London stations directly. Also there are 15min frequent bus options to Tooting Bec or Tooting Broadway tube stations, or a 25min bus to Brixton tube station.

Adele is an actress who works sometimes from home plus long hours out in the theatre/filming. So if you are looking for a place with a lovely flatmate but also plenty of time in the flat alone and in your own space... this is it!
