Large room with own bathroom £1,000 in Streatham

Looking for a second female (27-36 ideally) to fill a room within a lovely two-bedroom property in Streatham. I currently rent the property solo but would like a flatmate ASAP for longer term rent (9+ months).

The flat sits on the first floor of a converted house has a large living room/dining area, a few pretty period features, and a good sized kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The flat has 1.5 bathrooms - basically my room has a shower and sink room whilst the main bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. So only use of the toilet would be shared, otherwise this tenant would have primary use of the main bathroom for shower/sink.

The bedroom is a really good size with two large windows, huge in-built wardrobes, a double bed and two bedside tables. There is also space for a desk for anybody who needs work from home space.

Location is SW16 6BP (10min walk to Streatham Common train station. Also there are 15min bus options to Streatham train station, Tooting Bec tube station, Tooting Broadway tube stations or 25min bus to Brixton tube station).

I am a 32 year old professional (Events Manager) who works in the office 3 days weekly, 2 days from home. I really value a clean, well-decorated home so the flat is currently mostly decorated with my furniture and artwork (it came unfurnished originally). I love a relaxed TV night, cooking or going to the gym - but I am out and about quite a lot too, so we wouldn't be on top of each other all the time in the flat!

Looking for a female flatmate in late 20s / early 30s who is warm and friendly, clean and tidy, happy to chat and have the occasional sofa night as well as having our own separate spaces.
