Salam Girls,

I have a spacious bedroom in a 3 bedroom house, located in Streatham SW16 (Zone 3).
It has good connections to central London via Streatham station (15 mins walk), Streatham common (10 mins walk), Tooting Broadway Northern Line (15 mins bus ride) and Britxon - Victoria Line ( 35 mins bus ride)
The bus stop only 3-5mins walk (333, 57 and 201). It is very convenient if you would like to live in South west area.

The house has two other lovely muslim girls , one that works hybrid and other one is a PhD student. They are clean and thoughtful so I am looking for someone who is similar.
You will be sharing toilet/bathroom with one person as other one has their own.

The landlady is very lovely and very promptful to address any issues you have around the house.

Monthly Rent: £693 but there will be small increase from March 2025 (between £10-15 per person)
Bills: £150 - 160 on average per person
Deposit: £704

Move in date: from *11 February* as the rent is due on that date
