The house and room: 🏕
- The room is very big (4.5m x 3.8m) and can comfortably fit a double bed, multiple chest of drawers, wardrobe/hanging rail, and desk with loads of floor space leftover.
- The room technically comes unfurnished but we can have a discussion if you'd like me to leave any of my stuff (bed, drawers etc).
- The landlord is super nice and is always happy to pop over and fix anything or do bits of the house up, so we look after it well and keep it clean. He also maintains the garden for us.

Rent and Bills: 💸
- Rent is £745
- Deposit is £846
- Bills come to around £100-110 per person, depending on energy usage
- Available from 14th March, open to discussion if you need to move sooner though

Location 📍
- 10 min walk to Streatham Rail Station, this has fast trains to London Bridge, Farringdon, St Pancras, Blackfriars, City Thameslink
- 20 min walk to both Streatham Common and Streatham Hill stations, these go to Victoria
- 315 bus route right outside the house, so easy 10-15 min ride to Balham for the Northern Line
- 10 min walk to further bus stops on the high street that go to Brixton, Tooting, and Central London

About the housemates: 💫
You’ll be joining Natalia and Charlotte who are lovely girls, both 25 and working 9-5 in insurance and software development. They're normally in the office 3-5 days a week.

It's a very chill vibe in the house, and they are looking for someone who is clean & tidy that wants to make the flat a comfortable & sociable space, and ideally become friends as well as flatmates🕺🫶🏼
