📆 Flexible move-in – first or second week of July

🌿 Access to big communal gardens (not direct access)
🚆 15–20 min walk or 7 min bus to Streatham, Streatham Hill & West Norwood stations
🛍️ Close to shops, cafés & green spaces
🐱 Pet friendly flat with three cute and cuddly cats

A bit about me – I work partly from home and partly in the office, and I play tag rugby a couple of times a week. I’m sociable but like downtime too. Looking for someone around the same age (late 20s/30s), clean, chilled, and respectful. Bonus points if you’re up for the odd wine or Netflix night!

Short-term let (2-6 months) from July, however, also open to longer or extending afterwards.
