The bed can be moved to accommodate a desk for working from home which has been done before. The flat is homely and comfortable and the shared living space, kitchen and bathroom are well maintained with high levels of cleanliness.

- 20 min bus ride to Brixton (Victoria line) The bus stop is outside the flat.

- 15 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) The bus stop is outside the flat.

- approx 30 minute walk to Balham through Tooting Common.

Streatham has plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance as well as Tooting common for green space.
