Lovely Streatham flat - 5 mins from train & bus

Hi there!

I am advertising a double room in my flat in Streatham - the room is available for between 1 and 3 months, for a female flatmate. The room is available from 10 April.

We are very well connected to Streatham train station and all the buses - 5 minutes' walk - and from the train, you are 20 minutes from Blackfriars, Farringdon, and London Bridge. If you wanted to get the tube from Brixton, several buses will take you there in 15 minutes. Also 5 minutes' walk to the high road, with a choice of Aldi, Marks and Spencer Foodhall and a large Tesco. The flat is also 5-10 minutes walk from Streatham Common.

The flat is lovely - you'll be sharing with me, a professional female in her 40s. The bedroom is a double with a built-in wardrobe, brand new bed and large window which gets a lot of sun in when it's shining! There is a large living and dining room, and a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The flat also has a private garden, which is lovely for spending time in!

All bills are included to keep things simple :)

This is a lovely space and I want you to feel at home here. It's probably best suited to someone who works outside the home, but as I work from home 2 or 3 days a week, you could certainly use the dining and living space to work from when I am not at home.
