My housemate is moving out after 3 years of living together, so I am looking for someone to go on the lease with me.
The room is a double , it comes with a double bed ONLY so there is space for you to bring your wardrobe or I can find one for you. The room is 3.5m X 2.5m.
The lease ends 22nd June so ideally someone to move in around that date, although I am flexible with a later date but not earlier.
We are based by Tooting Commons, main road is Garrads Road. Walk 15 mins to Balham, Streatham Hill or Streatham station. Many shops within 5 minutes walk.
I am a female in my 30s and live a quiet peaceful life. I never work from home and I leave house early and get back late, so although the room is on the smaller side you will have the house for yourself a lot of the time.
Currently there are no pets in the house, the landlord is happy to have cats.
