Spacious double room in a great area

**recently refurbished property near to Streatham train station**

Hello!
We are looking for a female flatmate to replace me.

The rent is very reasonable and with bills comes to around £800 pcm.

I have two wonderful housemates, Lana and Charlotte, who enjoy pub quiz nights, films, and theatre.

🍽The kitchen has loads of storage space, and can easily accomodate three people cooking at the same time (though this rarely happens).

📺The living room is incredibly spacious, and features Charlottes wonderful TV and PS.

🛏The room is spacious with good light, The room came unfurnished but Im happy to leave my bed and set of drawers behind shall you need.
