🏠Huge Double Room in Streatham Flat🏠

Our housemate is moving to be closer to work, so we're looking for someone wonderful to take her huge double room in Streatham, ideally starting from the 15th of June, but we can do earlier in the month if need be!🌟

🏠The Flat:

The room is the biggest in the flat with more than enough space for a desk and more, so it's perfect for anyone who wishes to work from home and use the space to its fullest!

The room comes with a double bed, two chest of drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe, and a sofa bed.

Our housemate has decided to move quite suddenly, so house tours and moving in are a bit of a quick turn around. If you think you might like it here, please don't hesitate to message asap!

The building has only one other flat just below and a shop below that. Our flat is spread across two floors, with two bedrooms on the top floor (where yours would be!), then two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony space on the lower floor.

We want you to feel just as at home in this space as we do, so come get cosy and cook as you like!

👯‍♀️The Housemates:

The flat is shared with three other housemates - Charlotte (who's a newbie in the flat!), Robyn, and Gemma, plus Gemma's very friendly cocker spaniel, Nemo.

While we all have independent lives, do a mix of working away and at home, and enjoy alone time, we like to get together for movie nights, pub trips and, of course, a tea and chat every now and then! So, we'd love someone who's up for the same!

🌆The Local Area:

Streatham Hill Station and Streatham Station are just a short walk away, giving you easy access to Central London. There's also lots of cute cafes and restaurants, a range of shops, and Tooting Common is a 10-minute stroll away. We've also got a bus stop right by us and a short journey will take you to Brixton, Balham, Clapham and Tooting.

💸The Costs:

Rent is £750 a month, paid at the beginning of every month to our landlord.

We split the bills among ourselves, reflecting the size of the rooms. Bills include energy (gas and electric), water, internet and council tax. This currently comes to about £131 for your portion.

We also pay for a cleaner to visit fortnightly to clean the communal spaces!

Depending on your move in date, rent and bills will be paid pro-rata, and then as normal for the following months.
