Chilled, friendly flat near Streatham Common

Our flat is located on a quiet, residential street just 10 minutes walk from Streatham Common station with lots of shops and amenities nearby. We are a 10 minute bus ride from Tooting Broadway where you can find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. We also have a GP and secure bike storage on our street. The Council Tax Band for our flat is D.

We are two graduates and close friends who get along well and enjoy a range of interests including cycling, cooking, eating out, film and live comedy. We maintain a clean flat and prefer to keep noise relatively low in the evenings.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space, including a wardrobe and shelving, as well as a nice study/workspace that looks out onto our garden/patio. The double bed and bedframe are available for purchase.

We have a cosy living room with lots of natural light and a well-designed kitchen which benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is one main bathroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms is ensuite.
