Sadly I am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease.
🛏️🏠It is a large bedroom with lots of space and storage within a 2 bed flat. Approx a 6 minute walk from Streatham station and about 21 mins into the city.
The lease is until May 2027, rent £975 a month excluding bills. The deposit is £1,038.
You will be living with one other person. She is 25 and would ideally like to live with a girl of a similar age! She is currently training to be a solicitor and in the office 1/2 days a week, so hybrid work. It would be preferable if you also did! She likes all the usual stuff - running, gym etc. and also loves a night out but equally a chilled evening.
She is clean and tidy and is respectful of others space. That being said, she’d also like to be friends with the person that she lives live with! If you are interested, please drop me a message and I’d be happy to share more details 😁
