The location is between tooting and Streatham just by the tooting commons park. It's very easy to go to Battersea, Clapham, Balham, Stock well, vauxhall, Victoria, Peckham and Central London.

I'm looking someone to take over my contract with landlord, which ends on 8th May 2026. So your rent period will have to be able to cover this length.

On my contract with landlord, the monthly rent is £1550. For finding people who can take over the contract quickly. I would like to pay for a £100 per month difference , for the period from your contract start date till 8th May 2026 . The payment will be paid to you in one go after you sign the contract with landlord. It will be:
£775 in total if you take over the contract from middle of September.
£750 in total if from 22nd September.
£725 in total if from 29th September
£700 in total if from 6th October .

You will sign the contract with landlord directly!!!
