Huge beautiful double room in Streatham - Sub Let

I am taking a sabbatical between 2nd November 2025 and 21st March 2026 and am proud to offer my beautiful double room in Streatham for subletting for this time.

The room is very large with lots of natural light through bay windows, comes fully furnished with a great work-from-home space with double monitors and desk chair.

The mattress is a luxury Dreamcloud king-size hybrid, and is extremely comfortable. The room also has ample clothing space, with two large wardrobes.

Room would be provided furnished, and I would of couse clear out all of my non-furniture stuff prior to vacating.

The rest of the flat is very spacious too, with a stunning bathroom that has a separate bath and shower.

The living area and kitchen are open plan.

Current housemate you'll be living with is Hugo, who is great to live with and hang out with in the evenings.

Streatham Station is about a 7 minute walk away, as are supermarkets (M&S, Tesco) and cafes/restaurants etc. Streatham Common is about a 10 minute walk away.

The room comes with a designated off-road parking space that would be available for use.

Would ideally be looking for someone to take it for the full duration, but I can be flexible on the start and end dates by plus or minus 2 weeks no trouble.
