Urgent room needed asap for student !

Me and my friend are going to put a deposit down for this gorgeous 1st floor 3 bed flat, 2 bath in Streatham , Harborough road as we just viewed it today. We need someone for the last room with a double bed and walk in wardrobe/ large cupboard space , desk , shelves + clothes rack . The room is conveniently located beside the living room/ kitchen .We absolutely this flat and want to secure it asap and need someone that’s ready to move in the next week or so . The room will be 760 + bills which add to about 90 ( more or less in the summer + winter )

We are students (20+ 22) and love to socialise but also respect private time , we like going out to cafes and walks and love a nice night in as well ! We are very easy going ppl and would love to be friends and make the place homely.

We are looking for a student who’s willing to put their details down/ referencing/ deposit by tomorrow!! We have lots of vids and photos and absolutely love the area ( a peaceful residential street )

** please note my boyfriend may join at a later stage and if this were to happen bills would be discussed between us all to be fair !!

We have received a lot of messages and haven’t been able to reply to all of them , but now we have the photos we are looking for someone who’s serious and able to move quick !!
