Unfurnished: Wardrobe will be the only item staying. You will need to sort your own mattress/bedframe.

My housemate is willing to sell the following items in their room ( all items can be seen in the images)

2. - ⁠sofa bed £80 (RRP is £500)
3. - ⁠coat rack £15

Extras: Huge garden with decking / Dishwasher/ 3 toilets

The House:

Our home is a 5-bed house in Streatham( period features) , about 30 min walk or 10 min bus to Tooting Bec station, 5 min walk from Streatham station (Thames Link & Southern ), and 2 mins from lots of buses. We have a dining room, living room, garden and kitchen, so lots of space. If you have a car there is permit-parking on the road and usually good space. We are a 7 minute walk from gorgeous Tooting common also!

Cost and Bills 💰💰:

Bills ( council tax - band G- wifi, water, electricity etc) come to around £140 pcm, depending on usage etc. We also use SplitWise for any household bits, including a monthly basics shop (about £10 pp).

The Housemates:

2/3 people will be leaving in a few months too for varying reasons e. g. new job. I will be staying long term. The remaining housemates for the time being are: 2 women ( 1 W, 1 POC) and 1 non-binary (W) ages 26- 28.

Dan - works in fashion and loves music

Harriet - Teacher, loves baking, musicals, cooking, travelling, and doing anything adventurous

Anastasia - Loves reading/ live music/ camping/ thrifting/ horror films/ poetry/ indoor cycling/ trying hole in the wall restaurants. I work in the third sector, model, act, write, and enjoy trying new creative things

Some of us work from home throughout the week and others are in the office, and are in and out over the weekends.

We like cooking house meals together occasionally, having lazy weekends in front of the tv or exploring an adventurous activity. That said we do respect each other’s time and space. Ideally looking for someone who is keen to get to know everyone and continue cultivating a warm, friendly environment. Not a party house, but we do occasionally host!
