I’m subletting a room in a cozy house in Streatham From 1st Nov until the end of April.

🛋️ About the place:
• Quiet, relaxed home, no parties or social events.
• Bills NOT included
• Rent due at the end of each month
• My partner pops in and out regularly, but doesn’t live here full-time

💻 Ideally not a WFH setup (the space works better for someone out during the day), but happy to chat if that’s a dealbreaker.

📍 Great location in Streatham, with good transport links and plenty nearby.

Streatham Station: Thameslink trains to Blackfriars etc: 8min walk

Streatham Common: 5min walk
