We are lucky to live in a wonderful, secure and gated development with private parking set on the historic grounds of Henry Tate Mews, with access to a shared 6 acres of communal grounds including a folly, grotto and orchard.

Transport Links are easy, with Streatham & Streatham Common stations a 15-20-minute walk away or a 10-minute bus ride (the bus stop is directly outside the house).

About us - 
I’m a 35-year-old single parent with a lovely and happy 2-year-old son and a very friendly Yorkshire Terrier. I work at Apple in marketing and I’m usually in the office Tuesday–Thursday. In my spare time, I enjoy music, cooking, dancing and travelling. We have a wonderful community of friends and neighbours and are looking for a respectful and kind flatmate to share our home with. It's really nice here :)!
