Couples or Singles! Spacious Double with En-suite

Looking for a couple, 23-35, wanting a long-term lovely room in a great location in the centre of Streatham.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, one master and two double rooms with one used as a study. We are looking for a couple to take the master room. You would have a private en-suite bathroom (pictured). There is a lovely shared living room/dining room and kitchen (also pictured). The furniture shown is included except the clothes rail and second chest of drawers, which will be taken out to provide a more spacious room.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill and Streatham rail stations, 15 minute bus ride (they come every minute and 24hr!) from Brixton (Victoria Line) and Balham / Clapham (Northern Line). Lidl is 1 minute away, other supermarkets like M&S very near, as the flat is just off the high street. Tooting Common is just 10 minutes away. We are a first floor flat in a converted house with 3 other flats in the building.

The current housemates who want to stay on are a couple, 24 and 26, who have Bedroom 2 and 3, with Bedroom 3 as their study / chill space. They are both friendly young working professionals who are very respectful in the communal spaces but they also do have their own second space which they use as much as the living room.

I currently am a live-in landlord in this room with my girlfriend but we are moving out to travel, and then live elsewhere. My brother is co-owner and he will be nearby to manage the flat. We are not an agency and we will prioritise helping you if you need it while staying. We have loved it here for 2 years and made it our home, and I'm sure you will too!

The rent will be £900 in total (£450 per person), and the bills will be around £100 per person.

The flat is available from the end of November.
