Lovely double room available in a stylish 2-bed ground floor flat in Streatham. The room is partially furnished; it has a built-in wardrobe, and there is an option for a double bed to be provided (king bed in picture not included).

The flat has a large, bright living room with plenty of space to work from home (if hybrid working - not suitable for wfh full time) a modern bathroom, and a kitchen that opens directly onto a large private garden – perfect for relaxing or a summer BBQ. The whole flat has been recently newly decorated.

You’ll be sharing with my friend/co-owner Kate – a friendly, easygoing professional in her early 30s. She enjoys yoga, reading, watching good TV, and having drinks or dinner with friends. Looking for a like-minded girl aged 30+ who’s sociable, tidy, and enjoys a relaxed, clean and mutually respectful household. There are no pets, but she is a dog lover and occasionally dog sits, so you must be okay with animals.

I’m moving out to go travelling with my partner and will be moving in with him after so looking for a 6 month lodger with a view to extend.
