We are going travelling from January - April 2026 and are looking for a single or couple to move in while we are away. Flexible with move out date, move in between 1st and 5th January.

£1600 including all bills.
Require one months deposit which will be refunded as long as there is no damage to the flat.

It is a beautiful Victorian conversion flat on the ground floor, with a small front garden.
5 minute walk from Streatham station and regular buses to Brixton and Tooting, and the bus to Balham from outside the front door. 15 min walk to Streatham Hill. The high road has any shop you could need with some great coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to Tooting Common and Streatham Common. We are a couple and fit very comfortably, it would be ideal for a couple or solo. There's lots of wardrobe space and under bed storage, and a bike shed outside.

There is a parking space at the rear of the building available at extra cost.
