Double room in quiet leafy green area

My name is Lydia I'm a charity worker and I'm housitting a 4 bedroom house for family friends for the next six months 💐
I'm looking for a housemate to fill one of the rooms, with a possibility to stay on as a lodger once the owners return.
The house is on a quiet leafy green street, 5 minute walk from Tooting Common and 10 minutes from Streatham Station. The house is over three floors and there is a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room. The bathroom is shared but there are two toilets. Unfortunately there isn't a cat here 😭.
I work full time and like the home to be a place of calm and comfort. I love to stay active and spend time with friends and family outdoors, like good food and going out. I enjoy getting to know housemates as well taking time to recharge 😁. Looking for a responsible and considerate housemate who is looking for an affordable rent in South London 😁👍💜
