Beautiful Double Room in Newly Renovated 3-Bed

Two girls are looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in a 3 bedroom flat in Streatham.

The flat itself is newly renovated, bright with tons of natural light, spacious, and has an open plan kitchen and living room. The living room is furnished and includes a TV. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a laundry (with dryer function) and dishwasher.

You have the choice of two rooms - The downstairs bedroom (£950) is adorable and a very good size for a London room. It's furnished with a large double bed and has plenty of storage space with a massive closet and storage underneath the bed in the frame. It’s right across the hall from the bathroom which is also very spacious and newly renovated. It really is a rare find as far as London apartments go, and we absolutely love it here!

The upstairs room (£1250) is also furnished with a large double bed, nightstands and a large closet. It spans the entirety of the upstairs with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom, with a huge bath opening onto French doors. The upstairs room has several skylights and tons of natural light.

The flat is situated on a quiet residential street, and is only a 5 minutes walk to Streatham station with direct trains to central. There are all of the supermarket options within a 7 minute walk. Tooting Common is just around the corner.

You’d be living with two 29 year old girls who know each other from university in Canada. One is a solicitor apprentice and the other is a designer/student living in London to attend an interior design program. We would like our home to be cozy, calm and drama-free, but enjoy hosting for dinners as well. Both of us are out of the flat during the week most days since we’re working/going to school. We both enjoy cooking, watching our favorite TV shows, going out with friends, listening to live music, traveling, reading, etc. We’re also both healthy and enjoy staying active.

We are definitely looking for someone who will treat the place as a home, be tidy and clean up after themselves (we are both clean and organised), but also would be open to hanging out together and sharing a glass of wine!
