Fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Open plan kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. Private balcony overlooking Streatham high street. There is also a private gated car park space available

The property is located moments from Streatham train station, Tesco Extra, Streatham ice rink and leisure centre, Streatham and Tooting Common.

Transport:
Great location in Streatham, with good transport links and plenty nearby:
- Streatham Station: 2 min walk (Thameslink to the city and Southern rail to London Bridge)
- Streatham Common Station: 12 min walk (Southern rail to London Victoria)
- Tooting Bec tube Station 17 min bus
- Brixton tube Station: 20 min bus
