Beautiful huge double room in Streatham flat

Beautiful room in a spacious, friendly, creative flat in Streatham, just off the high road.

The room available is the master bedroom, which is huge, bright and airy and comes furnished with a double bed and all the furniture in the photos (house plants included!).

There is also a huge built in wardrobe with plenty of storage as well as space under the bed for anything extra.

The kitchen and lounge have all the standard amenities and it's a really lovely, chilled vibe in the flat. You will be living with two girls (one who is a close friend) who are dancers/ actors. The third tenant still hasn't moved in (its been 4 months) as he works away, so its only three people there for the forseeable!

The bathroom is split in two, which is really handy, so the toilet is separate and there's a bath with shower overhead.

The lounge is huge, with a large TV and it's beautifully decorated and super cozy for chilling watching a movie, or even working from home. One of the girls works from home tutoring in the daytime part-time but the bedroom is big enough to have a desk if needed.

The photos are only taken a few weeks ago, as I have had to re-let my room suddenly due to work commitments (i'm an Actor) outside of London.

The landlord is lovely, really relaxed and sorts things quickly. The whole flat has just been professionally cleaned and the bedroom was cleaned last week and is now ready to be moved into.

The rent is a steal (and there's honestly no catch whatsoever) - its a rolling contract and if you need to leave, you are responsible for finding a new tenant and letting the landlord know, as I am doing now! The rent is non-negotiable. Bills are split between the four tenants and are between £100-150 per month.

It's a 1 min walk to the bus stop which connects to all main lines and a really vibrant, cool area to live in. Great coffee shops, Nando's is just opposite and lots of lovely walks and greenery around!
