Big room in a 3-bedroom flat in Streatham

Hi there!

We are looking for a third person to fill a room in a 3-bedroom flat in Streatham that we've recently moved into. We love the area and the flat!
The room is the biggest in the flat and you'd share a bathroom with one other person. There is a combined kitchen and living room area that we all share. The building also has a communal garden.

You'd be moving into an international, queer friendly household. We're both actors and work in a theatre, so our work schedule is evening and weekend heavy. We enjoy going out to watch shows, hanging out with friends in coffeeshops and museums, playing boardgames or having a potluck.

We'd like you to be tidy, chill and fun, and ideally in the creative industry or interested in the arts. We're looking for someone who would potentially like to spend time with us and not just share a flat.

Transport:
Streatham rail station less than a 10-minute walk away
Streatham Common about 20-minute walk away
Buses to Brixton and Tooting Bec

Amenities:
Streatham High Road is less than 10 minutes away with Tesco Extra, Aldi and M&S right by the station
Lots of cafés and shops, library etc.

All utilities in the flat are set up but not included in the rent price.
