Flatmate wanted - Tulse Hill, Streatham

Hello!

I live in a lovely 2-bedroom flat near Tulse Hill. My flatmate is moving in with his partner in mid-January, so I'm looking for a new flatmate.

It’s located a ten minute walk from Tulse Hill Station, with West Norwood and Streatham High Street nearby, and great transport links to Brixton (bus), London Bridge (Southern Rail), and Blackfriars/St Pancras (Thameslink). It’s a two-bed flat with one shared bathroom and living room.

The room available is a double bedroom which comes furnished.

I’m a gay young professional working in the civil service, and work three days a week from home (from my room). I'm vegetarian myself but don't mind living with peopIe who eat meat. I like theatre, films and TV, practice fibre crafts (knitting and crochet) as well as yoga, am very much a homebody but also friendly and sociable :)

I am friendly and tidy, and easy to get on with. I enjoy spending time with housemates over a meal, board game or a film, or heading out to the pub. I am also happy doing my own thing and am respectful of people's space.

Rent is £925 per month, and we're in council tax band B. Bills altogether come to around £185pm per person.

The current contract is running until November 2026, with a no-break clause running to April 2026, so while a three month let is possible, I would prefer someone looking to stay long-term.
