Flatmate wanted - Streatham

Hello!

I live in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Streatham. My flatmate is moving in with his partner in mid-January, so I'm looking for a new flatmate.

The room available is a bright double bedroom with a great corner for a home-working set-up, and comes furnished. The flat has one shared bathroom and living room. It is located a ten minute walk from Tulse Hill Station, with West Norwood and Streatham High Street nearby, and great transport links to Brixton (bus), London Bridge (Southern Rail), and Blackfriars/St Pancras (Thameslink). Rent is £925 per month, bills altogether come to around £185pm per person.

A bit about me - I like theatre, films and TV, knitting and crochet as well as yoga. I'm very much a homebody but also friendly and sociable :) I enjoy spending time with housemate over a meal, boardgame or film, but am also happy doing my own thing. I work from home a few days a week (in my room).

The current contract is running until November 2026, with a no-break clause running to April 2026, so while a three month let is possible, I would prefer someone looking to stay long-term.
