Double room available in great houseshare!

Hi!

I’m moving out of this amazing houseshare to go back home to Aus, so we’re looking for someone to move in 11th Jan. *females preferredplease & must be okay living with a dog! No students and preferably long term lets over short term.

The house is in amazing condition with a big shared kitchen (with a dishwasher), spacious living room (with a gas fireplace) & a utility room (with washing machine and dryer). There are 3 & 1/2 bathrooms with 3 showers and 3 toilets across 3 floors.

There’s also a basement with extra storage space & a big backyard with a shed. It’s a really spacious place and all the rooms are a decent size, so it never feels too crowded!

WHERE
Streatham, right across from Tooting Bec Common. It’s a 5 minute walk to Tooting Lido, 8 mins on the bus to Tooting Bec Station, 8 min walk to Streatham High Rd and 10 mins to Streatham Station + a 20-25ish minute bus ride to Brixton. Also 15 min walk to Streatham Common Station & 20min walk to Streatham Hill Station.

Street parking is available but you’d need to purchase a permit.

WHO
You’ll be living with 6 other people (3 male, 3 female) aged between 29-35 & one incredibly loveable, sweet dog (Shandy, the cockapoo!). The housemates are a really fun, lovely bunch from a variety of different backgrounds and careers. Everyone gets along really well and movie nights are a common occurrence. But equally, everyone’s really respectful of each other’s space and we each make sure we keep the place clean.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
£555 including bills (it’s not a joke, our landlord is just an absolute legend), which includes a fortnightly cleaner & house supplies (i. e. loo roll, cleaning products, etc.)

The room is a large double and comes fully furnished with a bed, mirror, bedside table, desk, bookshelves, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. It’s at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
