Musical dream home- 3 rooms available

Hey!

My friend Alex and I have found a huge house with lots of character (it’s Edwardian and a little dated which is why it’s such great price)

We are now looking to find three musical/ creative souls who would like to make a friendly, artsy, cosy home with us.

The rooms are all good sizes and there are two reception rooms (we were thinking maybe one could be a studio) as well as a separate dining room.

It has a garden too which is great!

About us

I’m a session singer/ events coordinator and artist
On a typical evening you’ll find me cooking too much food, locked into deep spiritual chats, writing music or simply enjoying good company.

Alex (29)
Film score composer/ freelancer and artist
On a typical evening you’ll find him practicing capoeira in the kitchen, listening to records, making music or starting deep chats!

About the house

The rooms are all slightly different sizes so we are open to adjusting the rent prices accordingly if that’s what the group prefers.

It is an old, large house so please keep in mind we’ll need to be conscientious about heating bills- ie happy to grab a jumper and a blanket before cranking up the heating to avoid scary bills!

If you are interested in subletting or short term let this can also be considered.
