I’m renting a room in a large, newly renovated house, very bright and quiet.
The house has a spacious living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a patio perfect for relaxing.

It can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer.
If you don’t have furniture, I can provide a bed and a wardrobe with no problem.

📍 Ideal location:
Only 5 minutes walking from Streatham Station, with supermarkets, buses and shops nearby.

💷 Price: £900 all bills included
(In winter, if the bills go much higher —which I don’t think— there could be a small difference of up to £20.)

🧘‍♀️ About me:
I’m a very calm and easy-going person, and I like to keep a relaxed atmosphere at home.
The only thing that really matters to me is keeping the house very clean and well maintained, as it’s new and I want to keep it in great condition.
