We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in Streatham! A bright, comfortable spare room is available ASAP for £910 per month plus bills.

You’ll be living with three easy-going young professionals:
Tim, who works for the BBC, Caoimhe, in the gaming industry and Utopia, a sustainability consultant. We’re a sociable household who enjoy doing things together, the odd dinner, movie night, or pub trip, while also fully respecting each other’s personal space. It’s a great balance of community and independence.

The flat is in a super convenient location:
5-minute walk to Streatham Station
Close to multiple supermarkets
Excellent bus links nearby

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and keen to be friends with their housemates, not just share a roof. Ideally you’ll be tidy, communicative, and enjoy being part of a welcoming home.
