Replacement Housemate Needed - SW16

Looking for a replacement house mate, to join 3 lovely gentlemen. You’ll have a very large room on the ground floor with all the furniture in pictures ( expect TV ). The house is located in a very residential area, that’s friendly, quiet and safe ( it’s on a Hill ) . You’ll find that the house is very big and light including a very large garden and patio to relax and sunbath in the summer with a few BBQs if desired. The agency that looks after the house is very good at sorting any problems out if they arise and very friendly/helpful to communicate with.

The housemates you’ll find are very friendly and chill, always up for a few beers but also we respect each other if they want their own company. As mentioned all guys.

I’m moving out of the house on the 20th of January, so ideally the room will be available from 21st of January. References are required along with a deposit of £865.25.
