Double room with private bathroom - all bills incl

Hello there,

I have a double room with a private bathroom (with bath) available from the end of February and am looking for someone to share the flat, where I have lived for 2 years with my current flatmate who is sadly moving abroad.

I would like to stay in the flat as it's a really great location and is clean, modern and quiet, so I am ideally looking for someone for 6 months minimum, but hopefully longer.

The flat is a good size, light, well insulated and quiet. We have had no problems or issues since we've been here. The building has secure entry with a 24 hour concierge who receives packages.
The room comes with a bed and mattress already and a wardrobe.
The living room and kitchen are already furnished but you are welcome to bring any other items you may need or want.
The building also has a bike store.

I'm a 38 year old professional, I work from home 2-3 days a week.

Distances;
Streatham Station - less than 5 mins
Streatham Common Station - approx 12 minutes
Gym and swimming pool - 1 minute
Tesco, M&S, Aldi - 2-3 minutes
Streatham Common Park - 5 minutes

I am advertising at £1,200 per month bills included (water, heating, electric, internet, TV licence, council tax)
