Light airy rooms in beautiful home

Two large doubles in our gorgeous home. Wood floors throughout, high end kitchen, professional Miele washer/dryers, high ceilings and 130 foot garden. Single mum with two remaining -16, 20.

We are avid cooks/chefs. Free Wi-Fi and bill’s included - AC in the top room when weather is hot.

Very charming mini Daxie and Abyssinian cat are also in residence. Hugs and walks can be provided with prior arrangement. 🤣

GCSE year for my youngest, and the household is teetotal, so this would suit any students seeking quiet environment. Good transport and super close to lovely Balham and tooting lido.

Also, references are required, but flexible (18 year olds etc) for the right roommate.
