Looking for a friendly, new flatmate to join Ava and I in a cosy, top floor flat right by Tooting Common.

Location:
- Nearest tube station is Tooting Bec which is about a 25 min walk away.
- Streatham Overground is a 10 min walk and Streatham Common is 15 mins.

The flat/room:
- 1 part furnished double bedrooms.
- Available March 15th
- Rent is currently around £850 incl bills.
- Cosy kitchen & living room space
- 2nd floor of a big Victorian house (stairs only).

Flatmates:
- Ava (American, 25) working in the design industry as an interior architect. I love being outdoors going for a walk or hike or just basking in the sun. My hobbies include running, going to the gym, cooking, and exploring the city on the weekends; always down for a market day or a museum. I love to go to run clubs as well and there is a local one right at our common. I work in the office 3/4 days a week.

- Me, Olivia first gen American whose parents were born in the UK. I work four days a week in the office as an Interior Architect. Like Ava, I’m a big fan of the outdoors — I love hiking or spending time in the park with a good book. I also really enjoy exploring London, especially discovering new markets and restaurants.

Looking to find kind and sociable flatmate in the mid to late 20s who would like to be friends and not just live together. People who like a good balance of spending time together and having their own space and keep the flat tidy and clean.
