Hi there! I’m Harry, and I'm currently living in a wonderful flat where a large double room has just become available for rent. You’ll be sharing the space with me...I’m easy-going, friendly, and organized, and I get along well with others. I've called London home for the past five years, and I value both privacy and personal space. After work, you can find me at the gym or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen!

The flat is located in the heart of Streatham (SW16), just a short 5-minute walk from Streatham Station, making it super easy to commute either with Rail or Northern line. You can reach London Bridge in about 30 minutes, and there’s a bus stop (including a night bus) right outside for those late nights out..

Room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and mattress (just purchased on December 24), a comfy chair and a desk(ideal if u have a desktop or pc set up). The flat features fast broadband(150mbs), a modern gas-heated kitchen, and a shared living area that's perfect for relaxing.

Rent is £850 a month, with bills averaging around £150–£250, bringing the total to approximately £1,050.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby including Tesco Extra, Lidl, cafes, gyms, parks, easy bus access, and even an Odeon cinema for movie nights. The landlord is flexible and will help with a quick and easy process to find the right tenant.
