Very chill, clean and tidy house. We have a cleaner, every room has an en-suite and we have a great kitchen/living space and there is also a separate space to dry clothes! Kitchen has a dishwasher. Bills equate to around 150 pounds per month (which includes the cleaner) but anticipate it will increase slightly in the winter months.
In between Streatham and Streatham Hill stations so good links to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Farringdon, St Pancras/Kings Cross, Victoria, Clapham Junction etc. Easy access to the tube in Brixton, Clapham or Tooting. Very close access to local shops, pubs, cinema, gym and swimming pool.
Current flatmates are Jess and Alex. Both very relaxed. Into their sports, cooking, tv/film nights and of course a trip to the pub.
