A big double room available in a 3 bed house in Streatham. The room comes with double bed, chest of drawers and built in storage space. The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, so it's very quiet and peaceful.

The house has a spacious living room, full furnished with sofas and a huge TV, with a separate kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.

The house is roughly 8 minutes walk to Streatham train station with great connections to Central London. There is also a Tesco, M&S and Aldi next to the station. There are buses a few minutes walk away that go straight to Brixton in 20 minutes and Tooting in 10 minutes.

Bills are roughly £150 each per month (gas, electric, internet, council tax)

The deposit for the house is £1000, which is all done through the estate agents

The room is available from 9th March but there may be some flexibility if it's needed a little sooner

We are two guys working in TV. We enjoy fitness, cooking, movies, photography and the outdoors. It's a very chilled atmosphere in the house and we're both very clean, so looking for someone similar
