My flatmate has moved so I have a room in my 2 bed flat available now. Move in date asap.
The room is £925 per month (excluding bills), and it works out at around £1150 including bills. We rent through Foxtons, so they’ll need to run the usual credit checks before contracts are signed, and they’re looking for someone earning £38,000+ (or has a guarantor) The rent gets paid on the 15th of every month.
📍 The area is honestly great — we’ve got Aldi, Tesco and M&S Food nearby.
💪 There are gyms and a leisure centre close by.
🍔☕️🍰 Loads of lovely places to eat and grab coffee, and we’re only a 10 minute bus from Balham too!
🚌 buses to Clapham, Balham, Chelsea, Tooting Broadway, Brixton
🚇 15 mins from Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway and Balham.
A little about me:
I’m a primary teacher 👩🏻🏫 , so I’m out of the house all day and up early (I leave at 6:15am 😅), which means I do love an early night during the week. Because I’m out so much, the flat would be ideal for someone who works from home!
I love reading, going out for brunches 🌮🥙☕️, trying new local food spots, and I’m part of London Girls Bookclub 📚
More than anything, I’d love to live with someone who feels like a friend; someone considerate, easygoing and happy to share the space in a way that feels comfortable for both of us.
