Live in land lord seeking individual tenant

I'm looking to let out my spare room. I live in a lovely Georgian top floor flat with small balcony. My cat Winnie is currently the only other tenant, but she can let herself in and out.

The flat is located a stones throw from Tooting bec common and its Lido. The tube 10 minutes away on the bus, and the overground a short walk.

I'm a fairly typical 31 year old civil servant, who enjoys hanging out with his mates, going to the pub, and seeing his girlfirend (don't worry we split how often we stay at each others flats).

Looking someone fairly social, who wouldn't mind the occasional pub trip/Sunday roast.

Apparently I have to put the council tax band in the description - Band C (though bills are included).
