Hey! I’m looking for someone to take my best friend’s room as she’s moving back home to Kent at the end of June. It’s a 2-bed flat and I’d love to find another girl to move in and make it feel like a home 🙂

We’re just off Streatham High Street, really good for shops, cafes and transport. About a 10 min walk to Streatham and Streatham Hill, plus easy buses to Brixton and Tooting Bec.

The flat’s bright, spacious and really homely, with a big living room, lots of natural light and wooden floors throughout.

The room is a really great size, comes with a double bed, space for a desk (perfect if you WFH), and has a small walk-in wardrobe which is such a bonus for storage.

Rent is £890 all in, with a £650 deposit.

You’d be living with me, I’m 32, work in PR for a TV drama production company. I’m pretty easygoing, tidy and respectful. It’s a friendly, relaxed flat, always up for a chat, an Aperol or a chilled night in, but also happy doing our own thing.

Would be lovely to find someone similar, easygoing, clean and considerate.
