The bedroom is on the first floor, with two other bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. It’s spacious and light-filled and comes with a bed and other furnishings.

The two-story house is extremely spacious, with a large entry-way, a sitting room with high ceilings and TV, a ground floor bathroom and bedroom, and a dining room and kitchen which both open onto the massive garden, with fruit trees, a lawn, fire pit and BBQ.

The neighbourhood has lots of trees and parks within walking distance, and is close to National Rails from Streatham, Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill, and is also a short ride away to tube stops like Clapham and Brixton.

The three professionals in late 20s and mid 30s are super friendly, kind, big into cooking. Often have the odd meal or drink together and are respectful of each other. Communal meals are often vegetarian.

Another added bonus is living with Suri, an adorable, very low maintenance rescue dog - nearly 12, quiet, cute, and well-behaved. Happy to join you at the park, pub or cafe. She doesn’t need constant care but it would be a plus to have someone who works full/ partially remote, or at least is willing to be around often enough to let her out and help feed her.
