It’s also a place where we take off out outside shoes onto the shoe racks in the porch.
A cleaner comes for 3 and a half hours each week and all bills are included as well as internet with 2.5 Gbps, so practically several people could work from home down or uploading heavy data streams simultaneously.

Convenient! Just 4 minutes walk to Streatham Common Station getting to Victoria in 18 minutes and London bridge in 30 minutes. Link to Northern Line at Balham station one stop up from our station. There is also a night bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. Additionally the other Streatham station 12 minutes walk away has a Thameslink service going through central London.
There are 2 bathrooms There are 2 high speck communal bathrooms shared between 4 people with Bluetooth sound system and programmable mood lighting. 2 of the rooms are en-suits and don’t need to share them.
Whilst this is a quiet residential road, it is very convenient in having access to the station and various shops and takeaways within 5 minutes walk. It is a diverse and bustling area with Europe's longest high street, 10 minutes walk away with loads more amenities like 24hour supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants, night clubs, a highly reputed Jazz club, theatres, cinemas, gyms, sports centres, a wonderful park and even an ice rink.
We have a fantastic garden for BBQ’s or just relaxing after work with a drink and its maintained by the landlord. For gardeners there is free use of an allotment behind our garden.
