I am looking for x2 flat mates to join me in this 2/3 bedroom flat.
Pinfold is a small residential road with close proximity to amenities & public transport.
Flat itself is quite airy and light with lots of sunlight, double glazed windows, 8/10 kitchen, 8.5/10 bathroom condition, period converted split level design. It has all the right potential to be a lovely place to come back to.
I am clean, well travelled, professional who’s out 5 days a week for work. I’d love to hear from you if you’re looking for your next spot to crash for few months or perhaps years.

To Streatham main train station - 10 mins walk
Equally well connected, direct trains to central, London Bridge 33 mins.
