A room is available in a spacious 4‑bedroom bungalow on a quiet residential road in Streatham, just a short walk from Streatham High Road with its excellent transport links, shops, and cafés.

The room comes partially furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, so it’s ready to move straight into.

The house has a shared open‑plan kitchen and living area, utility room plus a private garden and garage. Although it’s a 4‑bed property, the two other rooms have en‑suites, so you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.
You’ll be living with two women in their mid‑twenties who are friendly and tidy. We also have a dog, so it’s essential that you’re comfortable around pets.

Rent is £800 per month with bills being an additional £150 per month, council tax band E.
5 week deposit of £980 required.

We're looking for someone who is sociable, clean, and considerate and okay with a dog. Ideally a professional who will treat the house with respect.
