The house features a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a utility room, plus a private garden and garage. Although it’s a 4-bedroom property, two rooms have en-suites, so you would only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.

You’ll be living with two women in their mid-twenties who are friendly, tidy and easy-going. The house is sociable but also respects personal space.

We also have a dog, so it’s essential that you’re comfortable around pets.

We’re looking for someone of a similar age who is clean, respectful, and happy living in a shared home. Ideally a professional.
