The property is a spacious 4-bedroom flat spread over two floors. However, one single room is not being rented out, so only 3 people will be living in the flat :)

The flat is bright and spacious, with a modern kitchen, reception area, modern appliances, and two bathrooms (one of them very large).
You will be sharing the large bathroom with just one other tenant.
There are 2 fridges in the flat, and you will have one entirely for your own use.
Current flatmates:
36 y/o lithuanian female (me) — I’ve been living here for over 5 years
31 y/o brazilian male — living here for more than 3 years
We would prefer someone of a similar age who works daytime hours.
Europeans preferred :)

Furzedown Recreation Ground — 10 mins walk

Clapham Junction — 10 mins
Victoria Station — 18 mins

The nearest bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away, with buses going towards Brixton Underground Station and Tooting Broadway Underground Station (approx. 5–7 mins by bus).
