Lovely attic room with a built in wardrobe at the bottom of the stairs. It’s upstairs so is quiet and has a lot of natural light from the velux windows. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 of the girls. The flat itself is modern and super light and airy. We also have access to a communal garden which is nice in the summer months.

Your bedroom would come unfurnished but the rest of the flat is already kitted out.

In terms of location this flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham Station getting you direct trains to Central London in 20 minutes. There are numerous shops around including M&S, Aldi, and Tesco all within about 2-5 min walk. Gym is also across the road, and Streatham and Tooting common are 5-10 min walks away.

Move in date: 4th July (can be flexible to accommodate earlier move in)
