Short-term sublet in lovely flat in Streatham

Room available in 2 bed, top floor flat in Streatham. The flat is lovely and bright with lots of natural light, big kitchen living room area and lovely big shared bathroom with bath. The bedroom is nice and spacious and currently has a bed, bedside table and clothes rail in with plenty of space for additional furniture.

I currently live there with my friend Lucy but I’m spending the next couple of months renovating a property in Manchester and therefore I’m not in London very often. Looking for someone to take the room over summer so ideal for someone looking for a short term place in London but I can be super flexible with move in/move out dates.

Lucy your new flatmate is a lovely friendly 36 year old, she works as a EA and is in the office 5 days a week so you would have the flat to yourself if you work from home. She’s also currently training for an Ironman so is also out quite a lot training at the weekends!

The price per week is inclusive of all bills including council tax, gas and electric, water and internet.

The photos I’ve uploaded currently are the ones from open rent so doesn’t show the current furniture but I’ll update with recent photos next time I am at the flat!
